Maintenance Mechanic Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our facility located in Conyers, GA, 30012. The ideal candidate will have experience with Servo Motors, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and possess strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with PLC systems
- Diagnose and fix problems with servo motors and variable frequency drives
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems
- Utilize hydraulics experience to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems
- Program PLC systems as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with Servo Motors, PLC, VFD, Conveyor Systems
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting
- Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting
- Hydraulics experience
